Automatic packaging line for fabricated chips in trays with flow pack and cardboard cases.
This line includes:
1 - A vibration conveyor of chips
2 - A thermoforming unit and its associated conveyor
3 - Two units to make chips portions and to fill the thermoforming trays with them.
4 –Belt to transport filled thermoforming trays
Two packaging lines in parallel, which allow various interventions without stopping the line upstream. These lines consist of:
5 - Two flow pack
6 - Two units for controlling the weight and the absence of foreign bodies
7 - Two horizontal cartoners
8 - A grouping unit of cases
9 - Horizontal flow pack
10 - Side loading packers
11 - A supervision system defects
